Richard was born and grew up in Cobham - he knows Surrey inside out.
Prior to setting up his own independent consultancy service in 2020, Richard was a Director at Savills and headed up their Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire and Berkshire offices.
Richard lives in Fulham with his wife, three children and dog Luna, dividing his time between South West London and Surrey. Richard’s eldest daughter is studying medicine at Newcastle University, his middle daughter is at Putney High School and his son is at Cranleigh School.
When Richard is not out on the road in search of the perfect house, he can be found playing squash at one of the local sports clubs or the RAC, as well as fishing on the River Anton in Hampshire.
